It is my pleasure to share my knowledge and experiences with you in the art classroom, to explore various art techniques and style, and to let our creativity run freely. As a Butler County native, I am pleased to announce I will begin my first certified year teaching at Butler County Middle School. Our Goals Our goals this school year are to use many hands-on strategies in the classroom to develop higher thinking skills. Philosophy
I strongly believe that every student has a right to learn. I feel that the best way for this learning to take place is by doing. I also believe that art is a form of communication and self-expression. Although we may not always be able to communicate our feelings with words, the arts and humanities allow for the expression of ideas and thoughts, and allow others an understanding of those thoughts.
